Ring Hammer Replacement Process
Following procedure are used for ring hammer replacement in ring granulator type crusher. Lock out drive motor. Open the frame top cover. Manually rotate rotor until one suspension bar lines up with opening created by the open frame top cover. Remove the spring pins from both ends of the suspension bar. Lock rotor to prevent rolling.
